Airport 101

The International Association of Airport Executives Canada (IAAE Canada) is pleased to present this two day Training Program for all Airport personnel. Note: This course is a basic introduction to Airports in Canada. For maximum benefit this course is recommended for airport employees of all levels who are new to the airport industry or airport employees in positions with very limited knowledge of the day-to -day operation of an airport. (This is good prelude and a requirement for our Basic Airport Safety and Operations School.)
Airports 101 - Will be held in the Building and training room, at the Quebec Airport.
( Note: Each course is custom designed for the Host airport, depending on available presenters, and area attendees to meet their training requirements such that the following presentation material is subject to additions and deletions.)

IAAE Canada will arrange a suitable hotel for those coming in from outside the Quebec City area. This will be advised when arranged.
You are responsible for your own accommodation booking, and travel to & from the training. (We will get as close as possible)
Refund & Cancellation Policy
IAAE Canada reserves the right to reschedule any program if the number of registrants is insufficient. In this event, we will notify all registrants and refund the registration fee in full.
• Any costs incurred by registrants, such as hotel cancellation fees or airline penalties, are the responsibility of
the registrants.
• Registrations are transferable.
• Cancellations will be accepted 30 days prior to the date of the course.
• Cancellations within 30 days prior to the date of the course will incur a $50 administration fee.
• No-shows will be responsible for the course fees.
