How could we not headup our news letter with Canada's first Gold Medal of this Olympic Games but also first on Canadian soil ever.

Except the Olympics and full body scanners, it's been a slow news week.

Our first TP312 course for the year in Peterborough is in need of attendees. If you have not been on a TP312 course but use it in your workday, you should consider this course, it will put you in a good position for when the new regs are passed and the TP312 fifth edition course is available.

Of course it's good to see interest building in the Accreditation Academy being held in Calgary soon.

Association Update

The organizing committee of the Operations & Facility Managers Conference being held in Niagara Falls this coming end of May is happy to announce we have secured a guest luncheon speaker for Tuesday June 1st. We have also secured the services of David Aitkin to talk about his pet topic the caldron of change. The one thing we can all count on is change, but it is the main thing all of us prefer to avoid. This conference is shaping up to be a tremendous event. There are still places available in the trade show but only a couple. There are still one or two sponsorship opportunities left too.

Now, I know you're wondering if we have room for you, well the good news is yes! however you only have 'til the end of this month to take advantage of the early bird discounts.
