MONTREAL- A decline in passenger traffic led Aéroports de Montréal to report a three per cent drop in revenues to $351.4 million for 2009, the airport authority said today.
Passenger traffic at Montreal’s Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport dropped 4.7 per cent to 12.2 million in 2009.
Air travel dropped last year amid the global economic crisis; the major Canadian airports reported an average decrease of 5.5 per cent in 2009 passenger traffic.
