To make your reservation and get the group rate, just call 1800-519-9911 and request the special convention rate for International Association of Airport Executives Canada. The rate is . $125.00 for a Traditional Room or $165.00 for a Fallsview Room. These rates are good to April 30th.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
IAAE Canada reserves the right to reschedule any program if the number of registrants is insufficient. In this event, we will notify all registrants and refund the registration fee in full. However, any costs incurred by the registrant, such as hotel cancellation or airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant. Registrations are transferable. Cancellations are accepted up to one month before the course date, no-shows will be subject to course fees and a fifty-dollar ($50.00) administration fee. Course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date. Don’t wait to book in to insure the course proceeds as scheduled. You can register now and pay later, just ask for an invoice.
