REGISTRATION  - Delegates


This year we are holding the trade show on Monday June 4th at the Victoria Convention Center. Tuesday and Wednesday will be held at the Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour Hotel, where we have reserved a group of rooms for you.

At this stage, the agenda and it's topics and speakers are being finalized. The format of this years' conference will be a little different. Sunday we are planning a golf day, but it will be a later tee off than in the past as we will not be holding a Sunday evening meet & greet.

The program will start in earnest first thing Monday morning with a full breakfast at the Victoria Convention Centre. We will start the conference with some powerful speakers bringing you up-to-date in many different areas. Our plan is for the Trade Show to start at noon with an Exhibitor sponsored lunch, after a brief afternoon session, the trade show will be our only focus up to 6pm. You can then go and enjoy some of the sights and activities of beautiful Victoria.

Tuesday will see a choice of workshops for you to attend after breakfast. We are planning a guest speaker for lunch on Tuesday, and Tuesday evening we will have a night out together. Your spouse is welcome to join us for this event at an additional cost to cover food. Therefore, you might consider bringing your significant other and making a holiday out of it.

Wednesday will be an electrifying three quarter day which will conclude after lunch with a guest speaker. You can plan your departure for after 2pm and be thinking about how you can implement the great ideas from this conference and consider the next conference as you go on your way.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

IAAE Canada reserves the right to reschedule any program if the number of registrants is insufficient. In such an event all registrants will be notified and refunded the full registration fee.

• Any costs incurred by exhibitors, such as hotel cancellation fees or airline penalties, are the responsibility of
   the registrants.
• Registrations are transferable. Please advise names.
• Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the date of the conference.
• Cancellation within 30 days and 5 days prior a $50 administration fee will apply.
• Cancellations will not be accepted after 5 days prior to the conference & no refund will be awarded.
