Trade Show

The conference AND the trade show will be held at the Westin Calgary.  Sponsorship opportunities are still available for any organization that wants to elevate their involvement and exposure at SWIFT.

Conference and Program
As always, we will be featuring a prominent roster of speakers to inform, educate and provide an opportunity to discuss the latest innovations in technical and operational airfield maintenance.  Two optional pre-conference workshops are scheduled for Sunday, September 12 followed by registration and the welcome reception that evening.  Monday will feature speaker sessions with Tuesday dedicated to the Trade Show and Vendor Introductions.
Based on attendee feedback, the planning committee has made a number of key changes to the 2010 format:
• Wednesday keynote lunch has been changed to a Wednesday keynote dinner.  Speaker is TBA but will be high profile and highly engaging as past keynote speakers have been.
• Wednesday afternoon plenary sessions will focus on friction.  This will be a highly informative session on winter runway friction from an airport’s perspective that you won't want to miss.
• Thursday morning will feature technical sessions only.

SWIFT Testimonials
"Two very enthusiastic thumbs up. I enjoyed the conference; a lot of worthwhile information as well as new technology. I really enjoyed myself and learned a lot of new ideas to take back and implement. Well organized, good speakers. This was my first SWIFT Conference and I completely enjoyed both the subjects covered and the opportunity to network."

Mark Ritchie
Superintendent of Community Airports
Government of Yukon
“There is no doubt that the SWIFT Conference has been the most successful conference for Trackless Vehicles Ltd.  At the last six conferences I have personally attended, we have secured at least one sale. At a conference, one hopes for leads that will prove to be genuine and eventually turn into sales. But to have had six consecutive successful years is a sign of a conference well organized and well attended."
Renald (Ray) Boutin
Former Canadian Sales Manager
Trackless Vehicles Ltd.

“CPH chooses to attend the SWIFT Conference because it's very important that European airports come together and meet with other Airport and Corporations around the world, especially Airports from Canada and USA, to get the big picture regarding possibility and experience.
SWIFT is especially important as we have the opportunity to hear various subjects and to ask questions.
We enjoyed the vendor day and trade show. There were very good discussions and a lot of new and good ideas were created that will benefit us back home."
Dan Meincke
Head of Airfield Service, and Maintenance,
Copenhagen Airport A/S
