Please Note: If you are making a purchase for someone other than yourself, you must list the name, job title and individual email address for each participant in the Comments box during your purchase. Failure to do so could result in an incorrect registration.

Registration includes breakfasts and lunches during the course.

Please Note: If you are not already on the program, you will also need to register for the AAE Accreditation Program or for the AAP Accreditation Program.
