Dale Flette, Manager, Safety, Calgary Airport Authority, Affiliate Member. After a 32 year career in the Aviation Industry in the Ground Handling Service Provider sector, Dale has joined the YYC Airport Authority as one of their Safety Managers. Dale brings a great Customer Service background and many  years of Ramp experience to his new role and is a natural fit for the two portfolios he has taken on. The first being,  the Public Safety Program and the second to oversee the YYC Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit Program (AVOP).

Andrew Isbill, Manager of Operations, Fredericton International Airport Authority, Affiliate Member. A native of New Brunswick, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick. A large portion of Andrew’s work experience has been in the Manufacturing field as a Plant Manager where he was responsible for the efficient and productive operation of large manufacturing facilities. There he dealt with all aspects of managing people, resources and regulatory requirements. He has also had experience in the Crane/Heavy Lift industry as a Maintenance Manager and ISO9001 Quality Management System Representative. Just recently, Andrew has joined the team at the Fredericton International Airport Authority as their Manager of Operations.
