The 2012 Airport Systems Planning course will be held at the

  A block of rooms have been reserved for the participants of the
  Airport Systems Planning Course for the dates August 22 - 24,
  2012.
  In conjunction with the AAAE/IAAE/IAAE Canada International 
  conference being held at the same hotel prior.

  Each individual participant must make a reservation by August
  1st,  2012 in order to be guaranteed the group room rate of
   $169.  (But earlier would be better)
