Planning is underway for F.O.A.M. 2027, taking place May 3-5 in Toronto, with Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport serving as our host airport.

Airport professionals from across Canada will once again come together for three days of learning, networking and collaboration. Alongside practical educational sessions, exhibitor showcases and opportunities to connect with colleagues from across the industry, we are exploring the opportunity to welcome a featured keynote speaker for the first time in partnership with a Presenting Sponsor, bringing fresh perspectives and additional value to the conference experience.

  • Our host hotel for F.O.A.M. 2027 is the Westin Toronto Airport Hotel, a modern property offering exceptional amenities and the perfect setting for our conference sessions, networking events, and social activities.

    Attendees are encouraged to reserve their accommodations as soon as possible. Our discounted group rate is available for stays from Saturday, May 1, 2027, through Thursday, May 6, 2027. You can book your room using our dedicated hotel reservation link​.

    If you require accommodations outside of the available booking dates (pre- or post-conference nights), please first reserve the available nights through the reservation link. Once your reservation has been made, contact the Group Housing Coordinator to add your additional nights.

    PLEASE NOTE: All conference hotel bookings for the dates noted must be made through our official room block, and not through third-party providers. Booking within our block ensures access to the guaranteed conference rate and helps IAAE Canada meet its contracted room commitments with the hotel. If you find a lower publicly available rate for the same room type and dates, please let us know and we will look into it.
