Every member who enrols in the IAAE Canada Accreditation Program is paired with experienced accredited members who serve as their mentors throughout the program. Drawn from airports and organizations across Canada, our mentors volunteer their time to help candidates succeed while sharing the knowledge and experience they've gained throughout their careers and their own journeys through the IAAE Canada Accreditation Program.

During Phase Two, candidates work one-on-one with their mentor to develop their topic, refine their outline and strengthen their final submission before it is formally submitted to the Board of Examiners for evaluation.

Once the written component has been successfully completed, candidates are matched with a new mentor for Phase Three. This mentor helps candidates prepare for their final panel interview with three members of the Board of Examiners, providing guidance and feedback as they prepare for the final step toward earning their A.A.E. or A.A.P. designation.
